- 3/4 cup reduced-fat feta (180 grams)
- 100 gram tinned chickpeas, rinsed & tired
- 1 punnet cherry tomatoes, chopped (250 grams)
- 1 Lebanese cucumber, part sliced, part chopped (200 grams)
- 1 lemon, sliced (100 grams)
- 4 medium carrot, peeled & lower into sticks (280 grams)
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp additional virgin olive oil (5 mls)
- 1 tbsp not obligatory Dukkah (a Center Japanese seed & spice combine) (15 grams)

Directions

Preheat the oven to 180C and line a baking tray with baking paper.

Position the chopped mountain bread in an excellent layer at the baking tray and bake
for 1-2 mins to toast the wrap, turning part approach via. Take away from the
oven and put aside to permit it to chill. -
Get ready the serving board, through protecting 80% with baking paper.

Unfold the baking paper flippantly with the hummus, then best with the olives and
semi dried tomatoes. -
Dice the feta, booking a small quantity for garnishing, then sprinkle the feta
cubes over the board.
